Well, we've arrived upon comics actually drawn in the year 2008. Welcome! This strip was created almost immediately upon my return from Comic-Con, before I'd even decided to bring Sporkman back online. It just cried out to be chronicled. This is, for all intents and purposes, a true story. At a San Diego bar where webcartoonists gather every convention, we were inexplicably serenaded by Jonathan Frakes and Avery Brooks. It was too bizarre to believe until Jeph gleefully confirmed to me that it was actually them. I'm fairly certain that nothing will ever match the sheer madness of walking into the bar that night.
